We recently installed the new 12oClockLabs Integrated Tail Light and Fender Eliminator Kit on our Honda CRF300L project bike. Here are some details…

Why do you need one? These tail light / fender eliminator kits really clean up the back end of the CRF300L / CRF300L Rally making it look much better, while still being bright enough to keep you visible on the road. They are very popular with dual sport riders looking for a tail light/turn signal setup that doesn’t have external turn signals sticking out that can get broken off when riding off-road, and they’re also very popular with the CRF300L supermoto riders who just want a compact tail light that looks good, while still being functional and high quality.

How easy is it to install? Installation is super easy… the tail light kit is designed specifically for the CRF300L, so it will bolt right up to the sub-frame of the 300L or 300L Rally, and is completely plug-n-play with the tail light and turn signals already pre-wired with connector plugs that plug into the harness up under the rear fender. The license plate bracket is slotted and designed to work with US license plates, as well as some others. A license plate light is built into the bottom of the tail light to illuminate your plate.

You can run this kit as an integrated tail light kit like we are, where the turn signals flash within the tail light…. OR you can also run it with your stock rear turn signals or aftermarket LED’s, so it’s very customizable.

Overall thoughts? This tail light kit is very high quality, with super bright LED’s, integrated LED turn signals, built-in safety brake pulsing, and a license plate mount with license plate LED light. It also includes turn signal block off plates and underside block off-plates for the holes left after removing the stock rear tail light assembly. The LED board is coated in a waterproof material to make it stand up to rain and mud. This tail light is probably the highest quality on the market for the Honda CRF300L, and 12oClockLabs really stands behind their product, with very good customer support. If you’re looking for a new tail light / fender eliminator for your CRF300L, you can’t go wrong with this one!
