Last night we did a few more things to our new CRF250L Rally. The main thing we wanted to tackle was replacing the stock hand deflectors with some real handguards, and we did manage to get a set of Zeta Rally Armor Handguards to fit using the stock handlebars. They clear the dash and windshield by about 1/4″ at full lock. Next up we are going to try and get those same handguards to work using aftermarket 1 1/8″ handlebars. At the same time we want to replace the stock front turn signals using the integrated LED turn signals that mount in the Zeta handguards. Stay tuned!
